Working with Business Enlightenment and using science to measure leadership and show how leadership correlates with improved team performance is an approach that has powerful implications for leadership, organisations’ success and training as well as appraising or carrying out performance reviews. The methodology is based on a scientific approach, often lacking in leadership and management training.

Our diagnostic instrument utilises 600 data points to create the radar graph and written report against 12 scientifically proved leadership attributes that cover all the ways a leader or manager will function. Beneath the 12 attributes are 60 factors that contribute to and define a team’s perception of the leader.
